Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging

Much of the work being done to create this environment is through our DI&B Council and our Employee Resource Groups.
We’ve created an environment where employees can bring their authentic selves to work while building tools and creating content that spreads joy and truth, and helps connect people across the globe.
XfinityNews’ Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Council leads company-wide initiatives that help to cultivate an environment that enables employees to bring their authentic selves to work and that ensures our internal processes are inclusive. The Council is comprised of employees from across the organization who work on projects that aim to increase diversity in recruiting, advance employees of color internally and amplify voices and challenges so that everyone is heard and feels a sense of belonging at XfinityNews.
