As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for contributions. However, we understand that errors can occur, and we are willing to make exceptions in certain circumstances. Our team will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure they align with our refund policy.

Our refund policy is outlined as follows:

For all contributions: A full refund will be issued within 7 days of the contribution being made.
For one-time contributions: No refunds will be provided after 7 days.
For monthly contributions: A refund of the most recent charge will be offered within 30 days of the charge being made.
For annual contributions: A refund of the most recent charge will be offered within 30 days of the charge being made.
